"I will keep this as honest and as constructive as possible. The service has always been good generally, my medications are always delivered in a timely manner. However, I cannot begin to expain how disappointed I am in the way I have been spoken to on the phone numerous times-complete dismissal and genuinely RUDE way to speak to anyone. As a pharmacy student myself I know for a fact this is not how you should be behaving with customers. Truely disappointed."

"I use this pharmacy because its local to my son's school and it's easy access although on a main road. It's convenient for me it has parking directly outside the shop. You get served promptly and although they are busy, I find the staff very professional and polite at all times. Always greeting me and dealing with my requests promptly. Excellent Service.
