"Repeat Prescription! Dispensing and Delivering is a disgrace. Despite numerous telephone calls complaints they continue to not deliver in a timely manner. The importance of taking regular medication doesn't seem important for the pharmacy as they fail to deliver all the medication on Prescription and later dont even bother to contact or deliver that particular medication. They are really slacking and at present I dont think its safe to continue with this pharmacy as they don't seem to have a consistency not very reliable on Delivering medication.such a shame the pharmacy once used to be Brilliant."

"Disgrace full customer service from staff. You try and explain how your script should be collected and they inform you otherwise in a very derogatory manner. Then when you r script is delivered that member of staff from the chemist starts moaning about the bad review that you have left. May I point out that this totally unprofessional, disrespectful of the person writing the review to be talked about. I must point out that reviews are encouraged so that poor performance can be dealt with and any member of the public is entitled to write review based on their experience within the pharmacy but it seems reviews are used by members of staff to speak derogatory of members of the public. MAJOR TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REQUIRED IN THIS SHOP."
