"Great communication with the office, cheaper than the 3 other quotes we received (£600 cheaper than one other local firm). Had a 24 seated coach from Leicester to Reading and back the following day. The train lines were down due to the storm and Lino took us to Ascot races (which was not on the schedule) and saved the day. It likely added an extra hour on to his day but he didn't complain, he was happy to do it. Brilliant service from Lino dealing with quite a rowdy bunch of guys. Thanks a lot. Would 100% recommend."

He is flexible and responded to our need quickly if there are any changes to the plan. He is a great person to hang with too as he has a great sense of humour. The company itself is customer focused. The people who work there replied to my emails and queries swiftly and they tried to help me create the best holiday for my family. I highly recommend this company. The coach that I got was in a superb condition. Although I must say, the seats might be too high for Asians people and it might be helpful to get the air conditioner fix to prepare for the-rare hot summer days."
