"I’ve been to this practice a few times now - it’s in a bit of a bad area but never mind. Last time I came I saw the head vet (Jack? Jacamo? I’m sorry I can only remember that he’s Italian and very tall!!). He was so amazing. Really empathetic, knowledgable and kind, plus I got the impression that he’s the best of the best. A real diamond in the rough. Don’t ever let him leave!"
