"Amazing team here - they're so considerate, caring and sensitive through difficult times. They always take their time with me and don't judge me when I get panicked or emotional about something my pet is experiencing, and when I had to put one of my cats to sleep they were so patient and understanding - they gave us time and space to say goodbye to her and they reassured me when I needed to hear that I'd made the right decision. Their treatments are very reasonably priced too - I travel there by taxi which costs me £50 each way, but even with the cost of travel it still works out cheaper than taking my pet to the local vets and getting her seen there. I'm lucky to have had their support through thick and thin and I appreciate their hard work and kindness in dark times."
