"Absolutely appalling customer service. Booked a viewing last Saturday for next Saturday. Turned up to the house to no one there. Rang them to be told all viewings were cancelled on Thursday and everyone contacted. Sophie on the other hand didn't believe this was the case, so said she would check the call log and ring me back. Surprise, surprise, over two hours later she had to admit no one rang me and that i was not even registered!. I appreciate a staff member was called away today due to an emergency but it's a Saturday, I can't believe there isn't a back up plan. To add insult to injury this house was an auction so time sensitive, and the only day I could do was Thursday. She replied ,oh that's closed diary every Thursday. Shocking, not even an attempt to receive their error and offer me 30mins of their time on a 'busy' Thursday. I will not bother looking at a house with them again or give them the satisfaction of an estate agents fee."
