"Didn't have the stuff that i needed, customer services is very bad, customers are waiting to pay for their items, and most of the shelves are empty."
"I am quite disappointed by my experience with this farmacy in Boots. I had a prescription done by boots online doctor on Monday and i had to wait less than 24h to be called by this farmacy to come pick it up. I waited until today, Wednesday morning and no call or text. I called to enquire, they had my prescription medication and said to come at 2pm to pick up. I am here just to find out that no one in boots is authorised to give me my prescription only after 3:30 :( i really can't just hang around and i will have to come tomorrow again, so unprofessional!!"
"Unfortunately this store has really degraded significantly and is unworthy of the boots brand. It has very little stock rather like a eastern european food store in the early 70's. The decor is run down. The ceiling is leaking water, the staff are too few, the doors are barred over and the service is attracious with ling wait times. This is very very sad and boots if it has any idea around its brand needs to reinvest heavily into this store from the front to the tills and staff training. It is abysmal and an affront to anything called a retail store."
"This is a large Boots store in Greenford on an industrial arcade which is very popular. The car park was literally full to capacity so get here early if you want to shop as its very popular. You won't find everything you expect from a shopping mall, but what you do find is excellent."
"Went to Boots Greenford. I waited in the pharmacy queue whilst another customer was being served. When it was my turn the assistant promptly went to the other counter where there was already another person serving. Eventually she came back to serve me reluctantly. Once this was done l went to pick up a couple of items which I took to the counter for payment. Whilst waiting I was pulling up my Boots Advantage card on my phone. Again I was ignored the other assistant called another customer to serve so I said to her that this is the second time I've been ignored. She said that I was on the phone so will serve someone else. I thought to myself that obviously they don't wish to serve me and placed the items that I was going to buy back on the shelves and was leaving the store when they both started laughing so I called back to say that I wasn't on my phone when I was initially ignored. I have since cancelled my repeat prescription from there to another pharmacy. I will not go back to that store after shopping there for over 30 years because of the rude ill-mannered people that is now employed. The service in general no longer suits me"
