"(FYI for anyone interested, I will forward the email chains, with sensitive information censored out, of my comms with cloud9 including all the ignored emails) They have not sent back my deposit, after I refuted their charge of 15 pounds for a "light clean" of the house even though we had someone deep clean it after we moved out. I asked for evidence they needed cleaning they pretended I never contacted them. I kept forwarding the email I sent before and they are just ignoring me. Can't wait to go to small claims court over this. EDIT: Only after I posted this review, did cloud9 reply to me, not providing the receipts for cleaning I am legally entitled to and evidence it was needed to be undergone. I will update my communication with them throughout this review so people understand how difficult it is to be working with cloud9."
"Brilliant, just brilliant. Cloud9 have been very patient with myself in this process of renting our current property. Rodney as well as the other staff members have been helpful, honest and flexible when working with us.
