"Was a great experience today the new vet that me and Brian had today was very caring kind and gentle with brian who is a staff cross . He's usally very unsure of the vets as expected but we got his jab done easy quickly he didn't even notice. Further more he allowed his claws to be cut with no fuss this time.. Many thanks to Jane and didn't catch the vets name as I have never seen her before . And always a big thanks to Natalie who is Brian's usal vet."
