"Bit of a joke of a place. The call handler needs to be more understanding and helpful towards patients rather than fobbing them off. Few months back phoned as desperately needed to see a dr only to be told they were short staffed and try again the next day. That night i was in out of hours then hospital with Pneumonia and collapsed lung. Very unhelpful even when looking into a pneumonia vaccine that i wouldn't mind paying myself to be abruptly told i'm too young and can't have it. No knowledge or advice on where to get one either. Once you get past the call handler you're probably in with a chance!"
"Absolutely ridiculous trying to get an appointment here, the queue system is always full between 8am and 10am, and by the time you do get through they refuse to give an appointment as they are apparently all gone! Needs a massive look at this system!"
