"Other than wait times, which I think are an issue nationwide, I’ve never had a problem with this surgery. On the whole, every member of staff has been helpful and I’ve always been able to get an emergency appointment if I ring first thing."
"Would change practice if there was better options but all seems the same in the kenilworth. Small practice with incredibly long wait times on the phone. Sloppy service, promised call backs which didn’t seem to get. Temporary doctors who seems to come and go all the time."
"I feel bitterly disappointed with this practice-it really failed my elderly mother. It does not deserve ‘outstanding’. No doctor or nurse from the practice ever came out to see my mum even though she was house bound, on her own and very frail. There’s a total lack of communication and coordination between the different agencies-hospital, district nurses and GP. Receptionists are not always very helpful and don’t seem to know what services are available to help vulnerable, frail patients. A total indictment on our care services. Think before you register here."
"Used to be an excellent service, but Brexit and government underfunding has left the NHS in a dire situation, Received a voice Mail which I was unable to decipher. Tried to ring back. Invited to press 1 and they woul reply when available. It didn’t happen. Tried several of the options to get a human voice, but after an hour still nothing. My two stars is ambitious at the moment. I know the problem to one caused at government level with huge staff shortages and reduced sense of worth by staff. Just a sign of the steady decline of this country as we head for the third division."
"Staff are usually very friendly, however today was a different experience, rang this morning took about 20 minutes to actually get through to then sit on hold for another 20 minutes just for them to tell me the doctor would ring me later, they tried to ring me once and the call failed so they left a voicemail instead to say i had missed my call (I never actually had a call come through) staff still friendly though.The doctor was helpful and prescribed me with some antibiotics. However when i got to the pharmacy to pick up my antibiotics it wasn’t ready which is quite common but the main pharmacist was on the phone for a while so i had to wait for about 15 minutes for her to sign it off. I was then on the phone when my prescription was called so i got up and put the phone down on the way to the counter for the pharmacist to say to me ‘‘you know i do have other customer as well as you’’. Which i thought was a bit over dramatic. She then asked for my address, however i live at 2 addresses so told her both for her then to reply ‘’ Just tell me the address’’ so i told her both again as i was not sure which one was the one on my form and eventually she gave me the prescription. Not sure who the pharmacist was as i have never seen her there before, however was not impressed with the way she spoke to me i felt it was very patronising. Disappointed as staff are usually lovely, just today the whole system and communication was shambolic."
