"Unexpected location inside university campus. Very good rooms, clean and comfortable. Had a set meal as part of a conference so can't comment on the menu range, but it was very but over all 3 courses"
"Very good facilities. Room clean with all amenities you'd want. Evening meal was very good and reasonably priced. Excellent breakfast options for all tastes. Only downside was the very firm mattress (left me with a sore back) and firm pillows. I know you can't just swap all your mattresses to be a bit softer, but perhaps offer some softer pillows so guests can choose?"
"Just had a Christmas party there. Food was nice but poor everything else!! The DJ was terrible..... even the staff laughed and agreed he was bad! The tables didn't get cleared till late, we sat with dirty table cloth... until we stripped it ourselves. When we spoke to the management they seemed to think it was funny!! It wasn't under staffed but the staff seemed to be inadequate and clueless to people's needs! I wouldn't return, I wouldn't recommend it to any one and I feel let down by the management."
"Great hotel, just 10 mins by taxi from the train station. All staff were very friendly. There was a problem with my heating but it was fixed promptly with minimum fuss. Food was amazing!"
"Stayed here for a company event. The room was clean and tidy, although it was very warm which made sleeping difficult. The rooms don't have AC, a fan was available. The staff were helpful and friendly. Good food and there is a gym and swimming pool onsite."
