"I called in to book an appointment with the D&A clinic. Initially I spoke with Nadine via telephone consultation who was very kind, helpful and knowledgable. Upon my first visit the next week I was kindly shown where I had to go by a member of staff. My first appointment was with Tina and Emma, and they thoroughly explained the treatment process and were both extremely kind, helpful and professional. The receptionists are also very quick to answer the direct number I was provided, i’m very grateful toward the team i’m working with."
