"Illegal ways of acquiring visas without permission. Please be aware this company is not putting your name at risk like they have mine by acquiring a visa through a consulate you did not wish to deal with. Alec has caused me immense financial loss through something that could’ve been sorted much better and easier, in a legal way. I have had to also seek legal advice and will now be consuming my time with dealing with a company that has not only made it difficult for me to travel in the near future, but was extremely rude and unsympathetic to the damage they caused.
