"The lady at the reception is not helpful at all, acts like a headteacher to the walk in patients who comes in requesting for a repeat prescription. That lady needs to remember that she gets paid by our tax money and it’s not her dads company!"

"Dismissive GPs. My appointments always last less than 2 minutes and the most recent one was 1 minute if that. I no sooner sat down before being given a generic answer and ushered to the door. I was still talking when they walked over and opened the door. I stuttered in shock and just left in a daze. Just being told 'yeah that's normal don't worry about it'. This is the reason why people are reluctant to get their health checked out and why diagnosis are missed. And sadly this isn't the first time it's happened."

"DISGRACEFUL service. Line always busy. No appointments and doctors are a teenage joke. Little kids can do better and run the clinic more professionally."

"First impressions, I moved to this practice due to house move, simply cannot get through to surgery, as you have to call at 8am in the morning to get an appointment........when you call, you get put in the queue then get cut off, then when you get through, there's no appointments. Even to speak to a doctor, the call back system is another mission in itself, its all so time consuming and bothersome, especially when you're working and already struggling for time its all more hassle than its worth."
