"Our designer Harry was extremely helpful, happy to meet/chat over the phone to discuss design. Kitchen was delivered on time with one missing item that came 3 working days later. No damage. Used own local builder to install, then wren quartz fitted a few weeks later. Super happy with all aspects of my kitchen."

"Our designer was very good, really friendly and very helpful. He was very prompt in resolving issues and sorting out things. The kitchen was delivered on time with no issues at all. Only a shelf was missing and that was dispatched immediately as well. Overall extremely satisfied and would recommend Wren without any hesitation. The only thing I would not recommend is the 7 bottle wine cooler from Wren which is poorly designed and not of good quality"

"Our experience with Wren has been great from start to finish. From going to the store to look around, arranging a free measure up and sitting down with Shaun from the Cardiff store to design our kitchen has been fantastic. We were a little apprehensive given the prices of kitchens these days, and reading some horror stories, but I’d happily buy a Wren kitchen again. There was no pressure to buy the kitchen or the additional accessories. We got the prices from Wren and advised we would shop around for some more quotes. Out of all the kitchen shops we visited, Wren was by far the best experience. We used our own fitter, and due to unforeseen circumstances we had to re-arrange delivery last minute and delay by a few weeks. Again Wren we’re fantastic with this. No issues with delivery either, and they brought the items in with care. We did have a door slightly damaged but I ordered a replacement through the app and it was delivered a few days later, again great customer service. All in all, it’s been worth every penny."

"Great at taking your order but serious failures when is come to delivery and aftersales.. It was so disheartening to watch out new kitchen being dropped of the back of a lorry and then dragged by its straps across the street and into our home, despite all boxes having do not carry product by strapping written on them. The high point was watching the two clowns carry a tall cabinet through a door face down so all the draws fell out and hit the floor. Several cabinets had also been assembled incorrectly in the factory and had to be corrected by our fitter prior to insulation. I would never recommend wren"
