"Had my eyes test 30/06/22. I have a fairly complex prescription, & it sometimes takes a bit longer to get my glasses. Collected them on 15/08/22. Took them back on 16/08/22 as not chromatic. Collected them again 13/09/22. May not be Opticare’s mistake, but they're the retailer. Wasn’t offers any form of recompense. I’ve never had any problems with them before, but nearly two & a half months is a long time to wait for glasses."
