"I have always found the staff go above and beyond. Nothing is to much trouble. They are friendly. Welcoming, professional and so knowledgeable. They take the time to answer questions and provide help. They never rush you and make me and my dog welcome every visit. Because of the quality of products and the service we continue going back time after time. We always recommend them. Jen served me the last few times and she was so helpful with my questions. She had the knowledge to help me. She remembers things you tell her and even asked me how I was getting on with a new product I had purchased to try. I was so impressed.
