"STAY AWAY FROM THEM! I called them as I needed a brand new kitchen and bathroom and after several calls no one had the courtesy to reply to my messages. That I thought was very peculiar. I was told someone called Lisa Melvin the director would call me back as she deals with bathrooms and kitchens herself. After a few days, I had forgotten about it as I did not hear from them and then out of the blue, a lady called me. This behaviour should have turned all my alarms on. The conversation went down the hill. First of all I found this woman full of attitude, very cold but most of all unprofessional and rather nasty I would say. This lady has no people skills and by the sound of the conversation not much experience in dealing with customers. What sort of company was she representing? I was enquiring about prices so I could have an idea of costs and she was not helpful at all. She was very rude. I was absolutely shocked about my telephone call. Do these people want any business? After that, I could not possibly order my bathroom and kitchen from them. I do not deserve to be treated like that. What sort of level of quality service was that? The lowest of the lowest. It is a Builders Merchants building. I should have known better! That explains their manners on the phone. That speaks volumes about what they have to offer. I do not want my kitchen to feel cheap and if something breaks along the way, could you imagine the hell I would have gone through to get a replacement from these people? No quality kitchens or bathrooms. STAY AWAY and KEEP LOOKING!"
