"Staff dont care about your mental health or how you feel, they dont see you as human, felt like a prison, every night was noisy but i never complained, i wouldnt even live there free after my experience, yet they charge £800 ridiculous, the only positive was the security, les was amazing."
"Disgraceful place. Staff invade privacy by opening residents doors. Staff and workers don’t help with dealing with drug issues on site. Violent residents allowed to stay after damaging property putting others at risk. Ambulance called every few days because residents can’t cope with living there and see only one way out. Would not let me worst enemy live there. The place needs shutting down or managed way better"
"It is disgusting. Here. I have been here 3 and a half week they have refused me. A food parcel I have no food in. Don't. Get paid till end. Of the month and keep refusing me . There is a awful smell in the blocks they are loads of rats and they are insects in the room they left me 2 weeks. With. No Kirtons. In my room my. Fridge. Is broken an. Has been. For about. A week and. The. Staff are so rude people smashing stuff up and. People partying. All the time. It's just not for young people at. All"
"Failure to acknowledge drug abuse, failure to comply with own policies and procedures to vulnerable service users, failure to uphold health and safety of service users as there is smashed glass across the car park from a young person smashing windows. failure to comply with law and legislation via institutionalised abuse. Also very unprofessional. Also ambulances have had to be called as well as police on a regular basis. A young person died the other day and had to be brought back to life! I can’t believe this. I can’t wait to get out of here this place is a joke!"
"Help me get back on my feet and get my own accommodation. Parveen is a disappointed to the place. If u have mental health issues she is not a person to have as a support worker. She would probably make u suicidal."
