"place is a cat fish brought apartment 12 which was apparently there “best” apartment for two nights for £450.00 … didnt even sleep over at the place not worth the money at all and when it came to refunding my deposit back the guy moved incredibly long by ignoring me still havent even got it back after a week .."

"It was absolutely poor. If you are looking for a place for family oriented or couples please look away. This will ruin whatever you have planned and waste your hard earnt money. In all honesty I would not stay here if you paid me. The cannabis smoke and loud music will keep you up all night. I could not sleep all night and with paper thin walls you could hear everything from the other rooms. House rules states no smoking or no parties but there was 2 parties at once. There is no management to complain to. I have stayed in hostels in Thailand which was 10x better. Please don’t cat fish by the pictures and fall for it like me. Don’t believe please read the other reviews 80% of people can’t be wrong"

"Horrible experience!!! DO NOT USE the room smelt of canabis and cigarettes, the bedding and towels smelt like damp and wet dog, the so called "jacuzzi" wasn't working properly. The manager is also a scam artist and decided to try his best to try and keep a £100 deposite due to towels and paper being left on the floor. When complained about gets verbally abusive and brave via phone call. SCAM ARTIST AVOID AT all costs."

"I was so disappointed with my stay here and was not at all satisfied with the condition of the room. The prices of these apartments are also extortionate. You definitely don’t get what you pay for. These apartments are advertised out to be luxury serviced apartments but they are far from that. The bathroom door handle was broken. The Led lights in the living room were not working nor the bedroom lights. It was as if the room was half done. The blinds in the bedroom were broken as well so you couldn’t open them. There was no sort of toiletries in the bathroom at all e.g hand wash/sanitizer. The whole experience was horrible and if that doesn’t make it worse even one of the office workers who claims she’s worked with the company for 12 years agreed that the room was trash and that I shouldn’t pay full price for it. So I spoke to the manager over the phone regarding how the room was not worth the price at all and what his colleague said. i told him how I wanted even a partial refund but he tried to threaten me instead and was just so rude to me, he didn’t want to give me my money back even though the room was false advertised. And judging by all the other bad reviews given I’m not surprised that these apartments are just a scam to take our money!"

"Awful experience, Staff on desk seemed nice however the room appeared to not be cleaned. As soon as you entered the room it smelt like cigarettes and weed. The bedding had a cig burn on it, There was a build up of dust which you could tell had not been cleaned in a while. Bed side tables stained and ruined, Cracks in the floor and marks all over the walls."
