"After a birthday party came to an end the staff decided to let down the bouncy castle slide after me saying my child was in there they disagreed and continued to deflate so as i search the area for my child who i was positive was in bouncy castle i couldnt find him as its totaly deflated i hear him crying trapped inside the deflated bouncy castle rushing to get it down so they can leave and then to say it wasn't there fault and show no remorse or emotion for nearly killing a 3 year old Child"
