"I was stranded last Wednesday at 10pm with a flat tyre. The RAC said they would help, but in the event, no-one came until 2.a.m., when the RAC said they would send a taxi.The Polish taxi driver proceeded to change my tyre, and then followed me home safely, so I AND MY CAR were home by 2.15a.m He was absolutely brilliant, working in minus two conditions, with humour, practical skill and way and beyond the call of duty. "Called the service during Glastonbury festival and asked to me collect from the gate in the morning. They said there wouldn't be any drivers for a few hours. So I went to the taxi rank and waited for another company instead. After an hours wait, Steve a driver from Wooky taxi arrived at the taxi rank when I was the front of the queue. He recognised me from the evening before (my company had an account with them so it cash wasn't needed). We got in and he pulled over and asked us to wait while he went to the toilet. He got back into the car while on the phone to the office and told me that he wasn't going to take me and that I needed to get out. He did not give an explanation and it was the second morning in a row he had been extremeley rude. It was clear that he was driving to the taxi rank for additonal cash to pocket and unfortunately picked up someone who recognised him from Wooky. Why would hedrive all the way to Glastonbury gate to pick up someone in the rank and then just kick them out and drive out. The morning before he kept drving away from me when i tried to get into the car, and wouldnt listen to me when i said that I had booked him. Never experienced such a rude and unhelpful company. Will be reporting to my company and Glastonbury festival."
"Drivers were really lovely and friendly. Our first driver arranged a pickup for us that evening as we were attending a wedding. Both of them were pleasant to talk to throughout the drive and provided some interesting information about the town as they drove. The price was reasonable and the tip we gave was well deserved!"
