"Beware: Eight months after our booking was confirmed and paid for our reservation was cancelled by Stay Suites due to overbooking, leaving us stranded as all other accommodation in the area was fully booked by that time. They made no attempt to find us alternative accommodation, and gave the impression that they thought this was normal and acceptable practice. We would strongly advise you to avoid if you want to be sure your confirmed reservation will be honoured."
