"Went to Sona Solicitors to get a couple of documents certified. I had clear instructions on which documents needed to be copies or originals. However, when I got there, she was insistent that in her 25 years of experience that the original did not need to be certified. Agreeing to this, the documents were sent back incomplete. After going back a second time, and asking again specifically for what I wanted, she certified the original document as a copy. I have received back the document again and I will not be returning to Sona Solicitors. Overall, I have received very poor service with a bad attitude."
