"AN EXCELLENT GP SURGERY! This place is one of the better medical facilities out there. Now whilst not everyone will be satisfied or happy with services they get from their GP, patience is required on both sides when dealing with any on-going medical issues. Firstly let me tell you that I DONT work for this surgery neither am I being paid for any reviews. All I can report back is that all staff including GP's treat all people here from all faiths and backgrounds with dignity, respect and politeness. To sum up - this is great GP surgery! So firstly, its important that YOU at least try to walk into this surgery with a smile (if you can) and try to be as humanly kind and humble even if you are in pain. Speak with kindness and humility then you will find out that everyone there will do their utmost best to serve you well for your best interests. Remember they are human too and even a busy surgery like this will make mistakes. But they are quick to try to sort issues out. But I repeat, please do as I mentioned in the above paragraphs and you will be the better for it. Treat this surgery with respect and you will definitely get back the best treatment in the whole Saltaire/Shipley area ever!"

"Really good treatment today. I rang in the am and explained I was away from home but had a water infection. A GP rang me back by 9:15. She went through my symptoms to check it was what we thought, looked at my record and talked me through some holistic and preventative measures for the future. She then prescribed an antibiotic that is apparently the first line of recommended treatment and suggested the prescription was sent to a chemist near where I was staying. This was all done and the pills were in my hand by 10am. Time is of the essence when you have a water infection and I was so grateful to be treated so swiftly and with care."
