"Booked a taxi, and it they had booked it in for the wrong day. Luckily I called beforehand to change the time of booking. Then the person on the phone wanted to change the cost of the booking from £30 to £50! He spoke to me like a piece of dirt, patronised me the whole way through the phone call like I was just a silly little girl. Hopefully he isn’t this condescending to all women. Really bad service. But companies just get away with it these days don’t they. They don’t need to do anything properly to rip people off."
