"A lady i know visits this clinic for dialysis and is constantly being mistreated at the dialysis ward, she feels discriminated as caution isn’t taken when her dialysis treatment comes to an end as they cause her to lose large amounts of blood when they remove the pipe from the fistula in her arm and blood oozes everywhere even causing the staff to be in shock and panic. this happens every-time she has her dialysis and is causing her discomfort and she is panicking about every treatment. If she continues losing blood it is dangerous for her and the clinic are not listening to any complaints or taking this situation seriously."

"Car park is appalling. Very limited space, only one ticket machine working for at least 3 weeks so the queue was half an hour. Can't pay by phone, only use coins (like in the 90s) and card."
