"Went in to the store recently.4 staff stood about. I was in there for while and not one member of staff approached me. Not even so much as a hello. Extremely unprofessional."

"The one star is generous.. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. The branch are very helpful in making the designs on the phone everyday to ask questions. The MINUTE you but a down payment they ignore your calls and are BUSY. They tell you a date for the fitting - took 2 days off work to be in for them to do it and no one shows. But at this point my kitchen has already been delivered. Manager (Who is a joke) tells you he will sort it and call back. After no response call him back the day after hes on annual leave and no one else can deal with it. Eventually get sorted 6 weeks later - no kitchen with a 6month old for that period, manager tells you he will arrange for you to be compensated. Call back a full 2 months later manager on annual leave AGAIN! Ring customer care team who rings branch and manages to speak to the manager who she said was in his office. I WARN YOU DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE."

"Magnet kitchens are possible the worst kitchen fitters in England, the issues which have come from what rubbish they’ve fitted and the fact they’re so reluctant to come and resolve what they have thrown up is appalling, they should be shut down by trading standards to say the least!"

"The handles of our new kitchen started getting rusty and pitted after less than a year. We asked for replacements which they agreed to and then rang to tell us they were ready and to pick them up. I went today and a very rude, abrupt man shouted 'We are shut!' I explained that they had rung me and I had an appointment and he said, again, rudely 'Nobody has an appointment'. I eventually got the handles and he said, guess what, rudely, 'I want the old ones back' This is to inform you that you have our address and if you want them back, come for them yourselves within the week, or they will go to the tip. The amount of money this kitchen cost , they should come and fit the new ones and apologise for providing shoddy goods, never mind being rude and bad tempered about it. I will be following this up on Monday with a phone call to the manager asking for an explanation of why customers are shouted at when it was all your fault"

"Very unprofessional - Do not bother . Arranged an appointment for planner 'Jonny' to attend. After waiting half an hour past the arranged time I rang to see what the delay was. I was informed that Jonny wasn't in that day and they had no appointment in the calendar for us. Annoyed but gave them a other chance. He turned up and measured the kitchen . Discussed a few ideas but nothing very encouraging. He said they would put some plans on the computer and invite us in to discuss and choose our kitchen. That was Good Friday !! We have never heard from them since . Magnet .. We have a large kitchen and you missed out on a nice order. Glad your company can afford it. WREN Kitchens knocked spots off you in everyway! They had our plans drawn up within 4 hours of measuring up. Our kitchen fitter told me that Magnet have also been appalling with some one else's kitchen ,not having all the parts etc. Enthusiastsc your time or money on these jokers."
