"Unable to contact anyone at the store to ascertain if their LPG fuel supplies were now back in stock. Over the last 6 days I have telephoned several Asda stores along the M4 corridor and have been unable to speak to any member of staff. Very poor customer service, non existent service."

Asda, do your staff not realise or appreciate that disabled people who have trouble visiting your stores are reliant on a home delivery service? How can you justify missing items on every order? "Asda Pontprennau is great. Always find everything I need, from bakery, chilled, frozen food and groceries to books, magazines, snacks, toys, clothing for both adults and children. There is a fitting room to try garments before they are bought, so no having to take things back if they don't fit. Staff are always friendly and helpful."
