He had some very bad matting on his ears (shame on me!) and they proactively contacted me to agree how to address the problem. They gave me expert and caring advice to make sure grooming would not be too painful for him, the result was amazing and my doggie came out relaxed and beautiful as always. "Fantastic groomer's all round! I've been taking my dog here for well over a year now and the team is absolutely incredible. They are super hard working, very professional and always take such great care of my dog every time we go. Special shout out to Robbie he's so helpful and caring, I always feel so comfortable leaving my dog with him and the team because I know he's in such great hands. I haven't had the best experience with dog groomer's in the past so finding this team has been a God send! Unfortunately I don't know the other gentleman's name but he cut my dog's hair the last few times and he is insanely talented! BEST DOG GROOMER'S IN TOWN!!! Literally the only place I will ever go to get my dogs hair cut. Thanks a million to Robbie and the team."
