"Having had a look on the factory bed shop website and seen what bed I wanted. I contacted there WhatsApp chat and spoke to Adam from the sales team about having the bed we wanted made to my measurements this was not a problem at all. I just want to say that he went above and beyond to help me and kept me updated everyday. He most helpful and fantastic and professional throughout. The delivery team were also fantastic and were on time and called me when they weren’t far from my address. The design is really nice and the mattress is extremely soft. Special mention for Muhammad who provided an excellent customer experience and really made it easy selecting which bed I wanted.
