"I first found out about this store when I saw their shop in Camden. I bought a few toys for my and dog and absolutely loved it. After that, I decided to by a few more toys and chews through their website and that was just a bad experience .. I made the order over a month ago, since the initial confirmation email, I haven’t received any updates and haven’t actually received the products yet. Since then, I’ve reached out to them multiple times through email, Facebook and Instagram .. they NEVER responded (it’s over been a month since I made the order) .. they continue sharing stories on their Instagram page, but they ignore my messages asking to get in touch with someone in order to find what happened to my order. On their Facebook page, I also saw others posting about similar issues .. at this point, it’s getting pretty ridiculous"
