"Subject: Do Not Use Symphony Rooms for Your Wedding I recently had the misfortune of using Symphony Rooms for my daughter's wedding reception and I must say, it was a terrible experience. I paid the full amount in advance. Unfortunately, due to some traumatic circumstances, my daughter's wedding had to be called off. I notified Symphony Rooms of the cancellation a week before the date, and although I was aware that they needed 2 weeks notice, their refusal to even consider sharing the cost and refunding partially some of the money to me is morally unacceptable. The owner of Symphony Rooms showed complete disrespect, he showed no empathy or understanding towards our situation and kept all of our money. I would like to warn all potential clients to avoid Symphony Rooms at all costs. Their lack of compassion and heartless business practices make them an unreliable and unjust service provider. I do not recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and respectful wedding service. Sincerely, Fardowsa"
