"An amazing experience in the Giant Wheel with the boys"
"Ice skating was fun, although over crowded which causes issues. Example if you book for 1400, you’re looking at struggling to be through the door and on the ice by quarter past/twenty past, only leaving around 25 minutes of skating, then about another 15 minute queue to get your stuff back to leave."
"Very festive square. Love the Farris wheel , turned out to be pretty pricey - £19 for 2 adults and a child fare - lasted around 15 minutes. The ice skating was also around £33 for the same as the above. Was meant to be 1 hour of ice skating, but they the time you get your skates (after queuing) and get onto the ice, you are then ushered off after around 35 mins on the ice, to queue and return your skates once again. The DJ was fantastic in the ice rink. TOP 90’s and early 2000 tunes all evening. Would’ve stayed longer just for those throwbacks - BUT songs had a lot of swearing which wasn’t suitable for the 5 year old we had with us really. The town can we rowdy around 8/9pm with pub and club goers queuing up too."
"Went on the big wheel here. The staff weren't very helpful. We are family of four- 2x adults & 2x children because we had a wheelchair they wanted to separate us even though they have a wheelchair carriage. We had to take our grandaughter out of her wheelchair to all ride together. We have been on the big wheel before on Abbey park & we could all sit together in the wheelchair carriage. This was with Billy Bates funfair - the staff at Billy Bates are all professional, helpful & very well trained."
"War History brings to this place with very nice and so much fun. This event is for two days and also they offers ticket for visit air force museum. Nice!"
