"The Tesco car park is being badly abused by local office workers/students. I waited for over 10 minutes for a space to become available and gave up. I returned an hour later and exactly the same cars were parking in the car park. It’s supposed to be 30 mins maximum for Tesco customers only. Everyone who abuses the policy should get a parking ticket. I spoke to a staff member in store who was lovely and said the management are trying to get cars ticketed that park over 30 minutes. Get it sorted Tesco!!!! ✔️"

"Saturday 23 February at 18:30 oclock. We go to this branch to buy supplies for a wine and cheese night. We get to the counter and one of us had an id but the rest 2 did not so the saleswoman at the till refuses to let us buy the wine and demands that we all have personal identification. So we leave and return after 10 minutes after already questioning why this just happen and receive a sarcastic tone by this woman. We pick up all the stuff again and go back to the till. This time we all had personal identification on us. We all show the id to the same woman and she decides out of the blue that one of the ids is fake and claims that our friend who owns it was rude to her. We explain politely that this id was the older version of our country’s id and that is why it was different however she begins cancelling our order again and removing the wine bottles from the basket. She continues claiming that our friend was aggressive to her because we were all trying to understand why after leaving and coming back with id we were still unable to get served. A dispute begins with the manager who was called by the front till who even though was not involved in the situation disregards what we were telling him and agrees to the fact that we shouldnt get served for no apparent reason. Clearly we did not buy the rest of the items and left unhappy with the staff feeling victimised as we believe this is a matter of discrimination and something unacceptable for such a distinguished brand like Tesco. I do not recommend anyone that is not from Britain going there even if they go with id! Ridiculous customer service!"
