"Went in for frozen food for cornsnake. Friendly atmosphere but pretty much go get it yourself. Gestured toward an open staff hatch, the freezer is over there. (Behind the open door/hatch) so I had to go look myself and things weren't labelled and in opaque black bags so it was anyone's guess really as to what size feeders I was buying. After a good rummage found one with a label on and what I wanted. Asked if there were any more in this size and she just said I dunno we havent had a delivery recently that's probably all there is. Probably. Meantime she's serving someone else. So I suppose she saved herself the effort and was able to serve another customer. Not the worst customer service I've ever had and she was nice enough, just would have appreciated a hand."
