"Recently bought a kitchen and the staff have been immensely helpful. Had to go back a couple times for the odd bit and they've been more than happy to accommodate and have had no issues with getting me the odd bit that was accidentally not delivered. Julian has been a great help in getting the side/back panels sorted for us as we have had quite the trouble deciding on how best to do it all. Very happy overall and would highly recommend B&Q as the staff are brilliant!"
"Nice large store. Which is well laid out, and easy to find what you are looking for. If you are unable to find an item the staff are always helpful and point you in the right direction. There are plenty of items available to purchase. There was work going on outside at the time of the visit, so there is a bit of a walk around depending on where you parked, to get to the store entrance."
"Big store. Prices quite competitive. Went in for 2 bedside lamps. Lots of lamp bases but hardly any choice of lampshades to go with bases. Display a bit dusty and dated."
