"Nice store with most things I needed"
"Good Sainsbury’s better then a lot I’ve been to! Parking is free for 2 hrs anpr. Has Argos inside and sushi counter!"
"I have received a false parking charge from Euro Car Parks having visited the store twice in one day. They have sent car reg photos of arriving the first time and leaving the second time, claiming I was there 5 hours. The company ECP put the onus on you to send a written letter with evidence they are wrong to avoid the £70 parking fine. There is no means to contact them either by phone or email, in this paperless age. I am livid that I can't complain to Sainsbury's themselves either (!) about the off-putting message this gives to customers using their car park facilities. I'm glad I happen to have screenshot evidence of bank records and online calendar which can be corroborated by several witnesses."
"Warwick sainsbury's is, ok for every day, essentials...but this store doesn't offer a full variety food products, charge to much on homeware items and womens clothing are, more aimed at the older woman and the store needs updating and the good thing in, store is argos"
"I have been counting the amount of times this place has underperformed, and after ten in a row and having given them benefit of doubt I can honestly say it is in need of some management. Nine of my last ten visits have required a search of the car park for trolleys. Different times of days, today is 1330. I am often here after six, and before ten. Almost always the same. There are three self weighing scales. Today two of them don't work. "I've been told to stack the shelves" came the reply when I asked if the store assistant can fix the printer. I'm fit and healthy, walking to the other end of the department is not a huge deal for me, but I saw two old ladies put stuff on the shelf because it's closer than the walk to the one functioning scale. I could buy everything I went in for however today to give them credit. There were shelf stockers working, and although I only went in for essential stuff there was all the things I wanted available. This hasn't been the case recently. On several occasions I have, I'm not proud to say, abandoned my trolley and gone to the big store at the retail park. I would strongly avoid Monday evenings. It's ticket price changeover night, often the price on the shelf is not what the price will be at checkout. Obviously this should be done after close, but in the interest of money saving, or getting out quickly this is often done early and unless you're aware you could be paying more than you thought. I've emailed these thoughts to the management in the past, as it's been like.this since pre-covid, but as with most companies these days, no reply. I know there is very little option in Warwick these days for grocerys, and as an avid collector of nectar/avios, which pays for my flights to see my family, I still shop here, but generally only when the traffic is so bad at the main store, or I am passing."
