"A shocking company. It took almost two years to get a simple will change for my wife carried out. I emailed WDS the changes that needed to be made and they couldn't even get those right. My wife died shortly after I received a correct copy. They are now in the process of repeating the whole sorry episode with my will. I wish that I had never been involved with them, and to think that my wife and myself bought lifetime services. This has been a very expensive mistake.
