"I would have given no stars if there was an option. Staff were rude. Wrong attitude. Every bit of their attitude was unwelcoming and makes you feel akward. No manners, stone faced staff, where one of them was sitting in a corner chewing the gum while there are people waiting in the line to be served. Worst customer service I have ever faced in UK. No wonder few other reviweing for this store felt the same. I will avoid this store at all cost."
"Store assistant Sharon was clearly rude. Saw that I was waiting as she wasn't doing much, didn't ask me to come to the till just waived her hand as if I were an inconvenience. Didn't ask me if I wanted a bag when I bought enough items to constitute this offer. Only warmed to me slightly when I showed manners but still didn't thank me after I said it. Poor for a supposedly community led company."
"Always liked shopping here, have found the staff to have excellent customer service. Gone over and beyond in the past too. Recently though, noticed a bit of swearing in casual daily chit chat amongst a couple of staff/talking loud across the shop floor. Really off putting to hear by professional staff in a supermarket. Bad language or no eye contact gives off negative energy which no one wants to be around. If it wasn't for that, I'd look forward to shopping at this Co-op again and the food options are fabulous!"
"This shop is located in the New Parks area of Leicester. The nearest Tesco or Asda is minimum 2 miles away so this is the best place to buy daily household items and food at reasonable prices. Nothing to worry about the quality of their products including chilled and frozen. They are second to none. Using this store for small needs for 6 years now, never had any problems."
