"Had a longish pixie crop when I arrived, asked for a trim but walked out with a wonky tiny fringe and very short hair on top. The hair that came over the side of my head was cut off with clippers in the first 30 seconds, so now I'm left with a very short pixie cut. It'll take at least 3 months to grow back what has been lost. Have attempted to talk to the manager but have simply been ignored."
