"omg Rose the Pedicurist at Nail Art gives the best Luxury pedicure ever! Not just in Cardiff but anywhere I have been in the world (am no spring chicken so have had a lot of pedis!) The luxury pedicure is brilliant value for money as you have exfoliation; massage; hot stones; etc I had been working on a building site and my feet now look divine and I feel like I am walking on air. Rose works away all that dead skin with dexterity and phenomenal attention to detail - continually checking your foot all over using a variety of techniques to get the very best soft elegant result. "I’m not one to usually complain but after being borderline harassed and bullied i felt it was important to inform other people of this salons behaviour. i had an unpleasant experience there previously and thought i’d give it a second go but the nail tech felt it necessary to comment on how my nails were “shit and too thin” which i tried to explain was down to one of her colleagues but this just led to more hostility. again, i just thought people should know how these people treat their customers, personally will not be returning. I’ve asked for the manager to contact me numerous times but still no reply."
