"Bought a machine of them which broke after 10 min, only did some testing pieces, send it back after 3 days and Charnwood is charging £270 restocking fee for thier useless machine. They also let the engineers deal with product issues and not someone who has got responsibility to take and decisions. This was definitely the first and the last product me and anyone I know has brought with this brand on. Please keep the £270 Iwe definitely don't want anything back from you."

"They have a showroom but no staff never showed an interest in coming to speak with you. Poor service. And when they do they are miserable. I wanted to purchase a shop vac. Asked the price and it was £30 more than the same product “ they make “ from another shop. When asking why they said “ they buy in bulk from us so can sell them cheaper than we sell them “ lol. Recently found Axminster in Nuneaton yes a longer travel distance but they show an interest and help unlike this dump"
