"This is a great place for a kids party. The staff are super friendly and very caring. The pizza and chips were far better than maybe we expected and the kids had a great time. Would definitely go again.well done guys. Ava's Grandpa."
"The equipment is clean and appears well maintained, the food was good. There is loads for the children to do covering all age groups. But as is typical at play areas lots of parents don't supervise their children this means that older children go into the young children's area and climb up the slide. This is made worse as there was no staff supervision and as the place is so large parents cant see children from there seats."
"A great place to let the kids run loose, a couple of things were out of use so that was a shame. The only couple of slight issues I would like to mention is the food and drinks are quite expensive, I bought a coffee and a tea for £6.50, Lexie bought me over a normal bland cup of coffee and when I told her I thought it would be a latte she kindly swapped it even though it was my error. The only other beef I have is the signs all over saying no pics allowed this made me uncomfortable taking pics of my own family having fun, what is the point of going if you can't look back at the memory's. But I sneaked a few with only my family on, which tbh I felt a little nervous about doing then thought why can't I??? Anyway by looking at some of the other reviews ppl do take pics. I'd like to say how lovely and accommodating lexi was and kind to change my coffee she's an asset to the company."
"My kids really love this place. It's huge, has great facilities, lovely food and has different sections for different interests. Maybe a trampoline area would help give it some more diversity, but otherwise, it's a great place and makes up for the closure of Dragons Den in Keighley."
