"Woman at this barbers cut my hair today, Scissor work was great however when I asked for skin fade this is what was done. After I agreed to a 0.5, she took 0.5 up to the hair line and there there was no blending anywhere and even what she did try and blend was awful. After going elsewhere to fix, I returned to show this photo and how then the blame was put on me for not asking to use the electrical razor / not coming back. I was not confident in her ability to fix anything when this is how she thought the finished cut looked. She was aggressive in responses after I said I went else where and was given £6 after I asked for a refund."

"Really nice lady who cut my hair. But it was not blended well, I have visible lines on one side of my head. She showed me the back and I asked her to go over it again which was fine, but I didn’t see the sides til I got home. Will not be going back. Will go elsewhere for it to be rectified ASAP. She was a lovely lady, but I didn’t go there for a chat, I went for a haircut. Disappointed."

"It was my first visit today to Crop Shop Barbers and I'm pleased to say it was an excellent experience. Being a wheelchair user access was no problem. No appointment was necessary and I did not have to wait very long. I had a great cut and was asked a few times how I wanted my hair cut, the staff were very pleasant, there was no rush and the price was very reasonable. I will be returning in due course."
