"Really unprofessional, the attitude I encountered is the type that should he left at High school and not the place you want to spend your money either. I do not recommend. They cannot take onboard honest feedback left on social media and will argue with you of you do leave one that isn't 5 stars or even if you leave a screenshot with proof. I have had to block them. I used this service a few years ago and said i may come back and now I have changed my mind due their behavior on social media along with that random people I imagine their workers friends and clients also decided to leave unsavory comments, they allowed this on their page. Like I said unprofessional spend your hard earned money somewhere they do not act this way and actually listen to you."
