"Terrible service for online orders!! Made my first online order and it was due to be sent out from the Keighley store. Waited up until 1am for a 9pm order that said it was “running late”. Store closed, customer service closed, so no one to speak to and had to give up on it and go to bed. The next day STILL had no communication whatsoever, called customer service to learn that the driver had “broken down” but no one bothered to call, text, email or update the order status so I was kept up all night for an order that would never arrive but still said “on the way”. Atrocious service and communication and will never make the mistake of using their online delivery service again!"
