She made sure we were happy. Her conversational style made me feel super confident in her expertise & knowledge. I was really impressed. We are so happy. She has managed to return my daughter’s hair to how it looked before. With all its natural colour & highlights. My daughter couldn’t stop smiling with relief. Kylie took the time to carefully discuss her desired outcome, talk her through the process, and work out her options to choose the style to suit her. After a morning together she emerged with a beautiful wolf cut, flashes of blonde highlights and, most importantly, a huge smile on her face. I cannot praise Kylie enough, not only for the quality of her work, but also for the care, kindness, and patience that she showed my daughter.
