"Had an incredible massage at Beauty temple (Loughborough) today. 40 mins of pure bliss! My therapist Sophie was welcoming and friendly and ensured she knew what I wanted out of my treatment. I asked her to focus on my shoulders and back which she did and used her own skill/knowledge to target the areas and muscle groups involved. When I mentioned I worked in an office, she also said she would also include some focus on my arms and hands as this may be where tension is held too.
